Annecy Le Vieux

Nice tidy apartment with a very sunny terrace. Rooms were adequate for three adults and one small child. Ceiling in the living area was low on one side. Eating area is at the central cooking island which lends itself to family conversation. Quiet location at end of cul de sac. Short drive to lake and Annecy town centre.

Bel appartement équipement à revoir

Problème pour fermer la baie vitrée du salon, on nous qu'un technicien passera durant nos vacances nous n'avons jamais eu de nouvelles. Résultat des courses nous sommes restés dans l'appartement sans pouvoir fermer la baie vitrée du salon. Équipement cuisine très déçu : casseroles abîmées et sales, 3 petites cuillères, un grille pain qui fonctionne très mal et un blinder qui ne fonctionne pas. Petit chemin à côté de l'appartement qui était censé nous amener en 10/ 15 minutes au lac nous n'avions jamais pu l'attendre même si bout de 30 minutes. Sinon apparemment avec de belles prestations, volets roulants très silencieux, place de parking, au calme.

Bel et agréable appartement. très bien conçu, voiture indispensable

L’appartement est très agréable et très bien aménagé, dommage que notre séjour a été gâché par la mauvaise gestion du prestataire chargé de s’occuper de l’appartement. En effet la personne qui nous a accueilli dans l’appartement a constaté que la porte de la baie vitrée donnant accès à la terrasse ne fonctionnait pas, elle l’a donc signalé au gestionnaire, celui-ci n’est pas intervenu malgré nos différentes relances. Nous n’avons même pas été contactés pour trouver une solution de remplacement ni même une indemnisation. Nous sommes très déçus car nous n’avons pas profiter de cette belle terrasse et nous nous sommes sentis enfermés.

Appartement très bien conçu, très calme, bien situé. Cependant un peu déçu par la propreté, nettoyage à revoir pourtant prévu dans l’annonce.

Appartement splendide, situation exceptionnelle

Quartier ravissant, en pleine verdure et à deux pas de la ville. Appartement décoré avec beaucoup de goût et ultra fonctionnel, idéal pour une famille de quatre. Excellent rapport qualité-prix. Une vraie bonne adresse.
