This accommodation is ideal for 8 people.Exterior: Individual chalet of approx. 170m2, on 2 floors, very well insulated, with several balconies, an excellent view of the Matterhorn and two outdoor parking spaces. –Interior: A main entrance and a secondary entrance on the lower ground floor via the ski room.On the 1st floor: kitchen, living room open to the dining room, 2nd living room on the mezzanine / children's playroom area, TV lounge, separate toilet with sink.On the ground floor: 4 bedrooms all spacious, 3 of which have en suite bathrooms. –Kitchen: Closed, very well equipped with a large fridge, induction cooker, two ovens, two dishwashers, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, kettle. –Bedrooms and bathrooms:3 bedrooms with en suite shower room*, plenty of storage and access to a balcony:1 bedroom with 2x single bed side by side2 bedrooms with 1x double bed*with toilet, shower, sink and ventilation1 bedroom with 2x single bed side by side and storage.NOTE: this accommodation has 4x single bed with 90x180cm mattress, 4x single duvet 160x200cm; 2x double bed with 180x210cm mattress and 2x double duvet 200x210cm –Miscellaneous: WIFI, TV, pets not allowed, non-smoking, ski room with boot dryer, 2 outdoor parking spaces in front of the chalet, 250m from the shuttle bus stop and 600m from the funicular, no laundry, possibility to rent sheets and linen sets from the agency, intermediate cleaning included in the rental. – -- -- -- Final Cleaning: 1 intermediate cleaning and 1 final cleaning are included in the rental. -- -- Available Kitchen Towels: Can be rented at the agency. -- -- Available Bath Towels: Can be rented at the agency. -- -- Bedsheets: -- Can be rented at the agency. -- -- Parking: An outdoor parking space in front of the chalet. -- -- Caution: A deposit of CHF 500.00 by credit card is required. -- -- Cancellation Insurance: Included in the rental price for cancellation in case of major forces (medical attestation) -- -- Administrative Costs: None. -- -- Pets : According to description. -- -- Tourist Tax: Included in the rental price. --

Wunderbares Chalet in St. Luc

Wir haben mit 2 Familien das frisch renovierte Chalet in St. Luc geniessen dürfen. Sehr gut ausgestattet, geschmackvoll eingerichtet, es fehlte nur ein Föhn..!Den gab es aber bei der Agentur im Dorf, die ebenfalls sehr nett waren. Absolute Empfehlung!
