"Rooms were clean, hotel staff very helpful. Rooms however are very dated abd need upgrading. Simple things in bathrooms like new tap fittings will make a huge difference. Also the smallest beds and pillows ever seen un a 4-5 star hotel. And why only one pillow per person??? Location very good and convenient to train and many local shops. Breakfast buffet quite basic and nothing special in range of food especially for westerners. "

"サイトとの連携がうまく取れていなかったものの、スタッフの方が早急に対応してくださり、快適に滞在する事が出来ました。シャワーブースに広さはありませんが、シャンプー等にこだわりが感じられました。古民家感のある室内で、天井も高く、畳のためとても過ごしやすかったです。朝食は洋食をお願いしましたが、こちらもカフェらしい一工夫があり、美味しくいただきました。普段はホテルを良く利用しますが、こういった趣の滞在も、精神的にゆっくりでき良いものだなと感じました。次回も堺に訪れる際には滞在したいと思います。ありがとうございました。"

"Enjoyed my brief stay here. The rooms are pretty simple, with all the expected amenities. The breakfast buffet is good, and I appreciate the always-available free coffee. Great hotel for tourists, and I imagine it is for business travelers as well. It’s literally next door to a subway station, which is super convenient for sightseeing and other excursions."
