「Unhappy staff, slightly arrogant management, and forgot to make up our room for once and the receptionist came up with several excuses for that, instead of rushing up to solve the problem. But this has been satisfying compensated in the end, that's good. Positive points: nice breakfast, beautiful architecture and swimming pool.」

「Wir hatten das Familienzimmer, sehr geräumig, 2 Schlafzimmer und Wohnzimmer mit Blick auf das Meer. Das Meer ist direkt vor dem Hotel mit hauseigenem kleinen Strand. Die Besitzer waren super herzlich, haben extra Kokosnüsse zum Frühstück für unsere Kinder besorgt. Der Frühstücksraum ist offen und man blickt direkt auf das Meer. Aktuell wird noch ein Pool gebaut. Die Lage ist sehr schön, nebenan gibt es einen leckeren Imbiss. Und im Hotel daneben gute Pizza. Es liegt ca 500m von der Fähre...

「Das kleine Boutiquehotel ist mit Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Die Lage ist zentral und super. Das Personal hilfsbereit und äußerst zuvorkommend. Das Frühstück war wunderbar und die liebenswerte und freundliche Art des Kellners Suraj hat uns jeden Morgen begeistert. Wir hatten die Zimmeroption ein Einzelzimmer deluxe mit 35 m2 gebucht. Zunächst bekamen wir dieses Zimmer mit nur 18m2. Wir haben aber sofort die Möglichkeit gehabt nach kurzer Wartezeit für die Reinigung, die gebuchte Zimmergröße...

「Nous avons passé un excellent séjour en famille dans cette structure d’appartement hôtel. Le couple de propriétaires est présent sur place. Ils sont très attachés à leur hôtel et à leur projet. Cela crée une ambiance chaleureuse et dévouée pour les voyageurs. Les chambres sont somptueuses et très fonctionnelles. Il y a une piscine et un espace restauration dans l’hôtel. À côté la plage superbe à 2 minutes à pied et d’autres petits commerces (, supermarchés) et restaurants . Le rapport qualité...

「非常悠閒的好地方，適合放空與度假。這裏的員工非常友善且熱忱，服務非常周到。飯店還有飼養塞席爾特有的象龜。唯一可挑剔之處就是checkout當天行李被載到不知何處。」

「Stays at Raffles was a truly beyond expectation experiences. All staffs are friendly and well trained. The hotel location is definitely a point up. The hotel manager also held a cocktail evening, a perfect chance for us to meet all the management group and had a chance to talk with other hotel guests.」

「Close to beach, the hotel is artistically tasteful. But the WiFi reception is really bad. You need a voucher to access the wifi and the voucher code gets invalid easily. I asked at least 4 vouchers. Also for the superior room, you are sharing your balcony with your neighbors. They only use a small bamboo partition to divide. This poses potential security risk. We never used our balcony for the entire time because our neighbors are always there. 」
