There is a handy utility room off the staircase which leads to the first floor. A lounge, bedroom with bunk beds and family shower room are on this level, with a few steps leading to the fantastic dining kitchen. A further utility space- perfect for dogs- leads to the rear access onto the garden. The dining area also opens onto the garden.
The second floor has the spacious double room and twin room with chill out area.
Access to the property can be through the ground floor entrance, or from the garden entrance which brings you onto the first floor. The immaculate garden offers tiered areas with plenty seating options. Offstreet parking for one vehicle is provided to the rear, with additional on street parking available.
