Puffin Cottage, Crail Beautiful 2 bed coastal cottage retreat w/private garden

Puffin Cottage is a delightful traditional stone cottage and idyllic coastal retreat located in Crail's conservation area. You'll find beaches, harbour and village amenities all within a 5 minute walk. It's the perfect place to stay whether you've come to be active or just simply relax! The perfect stay for couples, families, golfers, coastal path walkers and wedding guests. Many of our guests return year after year!
The cottage is well maintained and extremely spacious with a large kitchen, separate comfy dual aspect sitting room with two sofas and a separate dining room with doors to a sunny enclosed partially walled garden. There's outside seating so you can eat outside or settle with a cuppa/glass of wine and a good book under the palm tree! Upstairs you'll find two light and airy bedrooms with wardrobes and chests of drawers and a recently refurbished bathroom complete with a bath/shower.

There's easy access to St Andrews (9 miles) and all East Neuk attractions from Puffin Cottage. We're beside the famous Fife Coastal Path and just a couple of minutes from Crail Golfing Society, home of the Balcomie and Craighead courses. Wild swimmers will enjoy the tidal pools along the East Neuk coast. There are plenty of cafes and restaurants to try whether in Crail itself, along the coast or in St Andrews. There's also a great selection of shops in the village which will meet your everyday needs and more. The East Neuk is always a hive of activity with arts, music and food festivals to enjoy. A boat trip to the Isle of May to see the puffins would be the highlight of any trip to the area.
