We stayed there 3 nights and had to change rooms 3 times due to bed bugs, aircon not working and beds dirty. Place is not very clean and breakfast is decent. At least staff is helpful in changing rooms

We had an exceptional experience at the Diamond Luxury Hotel in Antalya, and we owe a huge part of that to Nazli, the receptionist! From the moment we walked through the door, she greeted us with a warm smile and a genuine enthusiasm that instantly made all of us feel welcome. Nazli was incredibly knowledgeable about the hotel amenities and local attractions, providing fantastic recommendations that truly enhanced our stay. Her attention to detail and willingness to go above and beyond to accommodate our requests was impressive. Even when we had questions about my booking, she handled everything with ease and professionalism, ensuring we felt valued as a guest. Not only did Nazli's friendly demeanor make the check-in process smooth, but she also checked in on us throughout our stay to ensure everything was perfect. It’s clear that she cares deeply about the guests and the overall experience they have at the hotel. If you’re planning a trip to Antalya, I highly recommend staying at the Diamond Luxury Hotel. The entire staff members including the Manager, cooks, support staff and receptionist are very friendly, helpful and supportive! We appreciate your amazing customer service.
