This hotel is located in the old town area and there is no parking space.It is quiet during the day, but still very busy at night until 12 o'clock, tourists are very happy to dine and chat in the nearby restaurants, so it is not suitable for travelers who go to bed early and get up early.Breakfast is very rich and delicious, it is provided in fixed portions, not all-you-can-eat nature.The owner of the hotel is very nice, every time we met, he would greet and care about us, and he would try to satisfy any needs, such as water or plug adapter.The only thing is that this hotel charges on the spot, although the price is in Euros, it is converted to Lira using their own exchange rate, which is not very convenient, so I can accept a discount in Lira.

Right in the old town, excellent breakfast

Room is very clean and cozy, it is right in the old town and in walking distance (about 5-10min) to the tram station which takes you to the main bus station. There are quite a few platforms near the hotel which you can take some good pictures of the harbour, hotel's terrance is also nice to see the mountains. Hotel staff are very healpful and nice. There are many restaurants around the hotel, the minor issue is that if you are not a deep sleeper or you sleep early, restaurants down there could be a bit disturbing.

overall quite nice place, blemished by the pickup

overall a nice hotel upset by the hotel pickup service in the beginning. no driver picking me up at the airport though i have booked the service (20 euro). sent an email to them right away and they replied me to take a taxi instead (12 euro, which is actually cheaper). frustrated and pissed. enquired them on hotel arrival and they said there is logistic problem on the domestic airport arrival arrangement so thats why they cant pick me up. but i think it would be more polite for them to at least send me an email to inform me that they are not waiting for me anymore instead of me approaching them when i saw no one to pick me up in the airport. The whole pickup service thing could be done much better with better liaison. hotel itself is lovely. breakfast ok. the hotel Madam offered me earlier breakfast at 0730 (which usually start at 8) since i need to join a local tour at 8. shower is hot and strong. bed cosy. could be a bit noisy cuz has pub downstairs. hotel is near the tourist spots like the old harbour. many restaurants around like the famous Vanilla restaurant. overall quite nice place. just blemished by the pickup service which is definitely irritating (booked but was told to take taxi by yourself). PLEASE double clarify with them regarding the pickup service if you are to choose this hotel
