In posizione strategica a pochi passi dalla spiaggia, panetteria, supermercato, in uno stabile nuovo, ubicata al primo piano con giardino. E' una casa molto fresca, accogliente, dotata di tutti i confort. Superplus il parcheggio privato, tv schermo 65 pollici, wi-fi, Netflix. Il giardino privato ha un patio con barbecue con grande tavolo. insomma perfetta
