It is well located as it allows you to get to the city centre and do activities on foot, while being easily accessible by car.
You will be ideally located 15 minutes walk from the Antibes Juan-les-Pins beach and 10 minutes drive from the port of Antibes and the Galician port. The city centre is a 10-minute walk away.
Shops are 350m away (supermarket open 7/7 6/24h, restaurants 700m away).
You can even go and visit Marineland (water park), which is 15 minutes away by car.

## Emplacement
Antibes is a commune located in the Alpes-Maritimes on the French Riviera, Antibes. It is a city erected by the Greeks who knew how to keep its authenticity; in the old town, it is possible to discover the medieval ramparts, some Provençal markets as well as a flowery and traditional architecture. For the more sporty, you can take the path of Tire Poil at the southern end of the famous Cap d'Antibes where you can enjoy the sound of the sea against the rocks, the wind and the cry of the seagulls. It is a city full of charm that combines culture and the inescapable agitation of the South, you will find many restaurants, bars and nightclubs as well as a beach overlooking the Baie des Anges.

The flat is very well served by the Juan-les-Pins train station (5 minutes by car, 20 minutes on foot).
Nice airport is 20 minutes away by car.
Public transport: bus stop "Roses", line 30, 300 metres away. This line notably serves the beach of Juan les Pins, the Ponteil beach in Antibes, and the Antibes train station.

Schönes Apartment, tolle Lage, leider mit vielen Mängeln

Das Apartment liegt in einer "gated community", was viel Sicherheit gibt, auf einem Hügel mit einem tollen Blick aufs Meer. Es ist großzügig ausgestattet mit Geschirr und Gläsern und sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Leider war es nicht sauber bei der Ankunft (sehr viel Staub überall, die Spülmaschine mit schmutzigem Geschirr beladen, teilweise schmutziges Geschirr in den Schubladen, dreckige Böden). Wir haben es der Agentur gemeldet, daraufhin kam nicht mal eine Antwort. Das Apartment selbst hat leider auch viele Mängel: Die Gästetoilette ist kaputt und darf nicht benutzt werden. Die Schiebetüre zum Balkon ist defekt und kann nicht abgeschlossen werden, weshalb man einen Baumstamm einklemmen muss, um keine Einbrecher zu haben. Es gibt Schimmel in der Dusche. Die Markise am Balkon funktioniert nicht. Mehrere Stühle auf dem Balkon sind sehr defekt. Die Spülmaschine hatte einen Standschaden. Die Türe der Waschmaschine ist defekt und schließt nicht. Wir haben alles gemeldet, aber es erfolgte keine Verbesserung. Zukünftige Mieter sollten auch wissen, dass der zum Apartment gehörige Stellplatz nicht dem Mietern der Wohnung zur Verfügung steht, man muss also immer draußen einen Platz für das Auto suchen.

July in Antibes

Apartment with an amazing view of the Mediterranean Sea. Spacious rooms. Beautiful swimming pool. 10 minute walk down a big hill to the grocery store. Hostess was very nice and answered all our questions and concerns. There are, however, quite a few maintenance issues in the apartment that should be seen to ( broken kitchen tap and dishwasher and mold in shower). Visitors should note that there isn’t AC nor is there a fan- apartment was hot during our stay in July. Overall we had a nice stay but with a few amendments this property could be excellent.

voortreffelijk verblijf met enkele minpuntjes

Het eerste wat opviel toen we binnenkwamen waste ruimte en de lichtheid van het appartement. Er is een magnifiek uitzicht vanop het ruime terras. Het bed ligt heerlijk. Ook de douche werkt perfect. de minpuntjes die we kunnen aangeven is de properheid van het gerief in de keuken. Dat is een rommeltje en kan veel beter, maar omdat wij niet gekookt hebben en enkel wat borden en wat bestek gebruikt hebben is dat geen probleem geweest. De frigo maakt heel veel lawaai, maar wij sloten de deur van de keuken en dan was dat probleempje ook opgelost. Wij hebben al met al heel fel genoten en zouden er volgende keer ook weer naartoe gaan.
