“When I booked the pool and hot tub were available. When I checked in I was told the pool area was completely closed. I was never informed that it was closed, was not offered any discount for my inconvenience.
Hotel has paper thin walls, can hear everything around you. The back door is never locked and is a smoking area… would not recommend or return.”

“Overalll very good. The exception was the pool... the ventilation fan was so loud we had to figure out how to turn ot off or rish hearing loss. The pool water was too cold, and the whirlpool was hot, but not really hot enough either. The breakfast was really good. The staff super helpful

“I booked through Expedia, and the lady who checked me in had all sorts of trouble dealing with that. She asked me to run a card for incidentals. The card reader said it went through, but there's was some snag on her side. I ended up running the card three times before she finally just recorded it as a cash transaction. Inconvenient, but ok.

“Firstly, want to state the staff is always warm, friendly & accommodating. The room was clean and comfortable, but had a “foot” smell, (have noticed this on prior stays)-a deep clean of the carpets may be in order. We used a side door for convenience and just outside of it the pavement has a large, uneven gap that’s a considerable safety issue. Hopefully that can be repaired before anyone is more seriously injured. While these are maintenance issues that are easily addressed, I’d like to……
