PROS - location excellent, clean hotel, nice big room and helpful friendly staff. Breakfast excellent and drinks good. Pool area and entertainment great. CONS - no aircon in a heatwave was an absolute killer, no courtesy room or showers after checking out, not a lot of choice for evening meal

Spotless clean and great facilities for the price. Location is perfect, 5 minutes walk to the beach and right beside restaurants/bars, But not too close that it’s noisy.

On arrival at night the room we were allocated was infested with cockroaches. We went straight to reception first thing in the morning. They immediately put us in a different room above floor level. Entertainment at night was poor. The tambourine banging, martial arts fight/fire in a dish was so bad we laughed. New room was lovely. Food options for non all inclusive is extremely expensive. But it didn’t matter as the hotel is central to everything in Caleta. Staff were excellent all across the hotel.

Excellent location -easy access to bus station for airport, other and also easy access to bars/restaurants in area. Great Staff, very helpful. Room was good - though kitchen could be better stocked for Self Catering (cloths, bowls, mugs). Bedroom well designed but beds & pillows extremely uncomfortable. Big Bathroom, lovely towels but smell from drains really bad. Lovely Pool area (though why children are allowed floatables in the main pool!!!!) . Cleaning could be better, floors in room and reception obviously not brushed in days!! Overall a nice complex but needs some attention to maintenance and upkeep

Room was very nice but needed Air Con. Balcony lovely, view awful and really glad we didn't have a ground floor apartment. Pool area way too busy and loud, luckily the weather was great which allowed us to go to the beach each day.
