Beautiful hotel - very well appointed and well staffed. Rooms were a good size for Europe and beds very comfortable with nice linens. Especially loved the welcome glass of Prosecco during check in! Great stay and beautiful area!

Beautiful heritage hotel with great service!

The location is great , close to most of the sightseeing spots, but in a quiet location! Also, this hotel itself is full of beautiful history for you to explore! All the staffs are friendly and helpful, especially, the girl in the front desk, Marianne , who help me to book all the great restaurants during my stay!

This is the perfect place to stay in Antwerp. It’s located centrally - close to the train station, historic town square including the church designed by Ruben, and is walkable to local hangouts and shopping areas. The hotel has a cool history being a former bank and the staff are knowledgeable about this history and the area.

Excellent hotel in a great location

Lovely hotel stay in Antwerp with the family. The staff are exceptional and the stay was very comfortable and pleasant. A great location just a couple blocks from the old town and a few blocks to the Diamond district. Make sure to ask the front desk for any recommendations you need as all their suggestions were great. We would definitely stay here again and recommend it highly.

Comfortable, clean and great location

Weekend stay, our room faced the courtyard and was very quiet & comfortable. Hotel is well located within walking distance to old town & the port. We walked from the train station to the hotel and it was okay distance if you don’t have a lot of luggage but a taxi may be a better choice

Lovely place to stay

Had a lovely night here on our Belgian tour. Couldn’t fault the hotel - great room, clean bathroom and good shower. Central location too. Road works outside the hotel but had no effect on our stay and didn’t notice any noise. Lovely touch was the glass of Prosecco on arrival.

I was so happy that I chose Hotel FRANQ for my last stop in Belgium - at the end of a trip when you start to get a little bit tired. The staff was remarkable, going above and beyond in every way. The room was spacious and comfy - the right amount of luxury without being stuffy. And, as a treat I had dinner one night at their Michelin starred Restaurant FRANQ and the food and the staff were amazing. I loved this place and would choose it again if I were to visit Antwerp again.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. My biggest problem with this hotel is the bed. The bed was awful. Waking up on vacation sore and uncomfortable isn't ideal. The breakfast was wonderful as was the staff on duty for the breakfast.

The breakfast was exceptional with fresh breads, cheese, fruits, and juices. Eggs to order. Adding the breakfast option was well worth it. The bed is comfortable. Shower was spacious. Everything was great. The only exception is Road construction in front of the property but this is temporary as of 9/28/23.
