「Overall, the experience was very normal. The TV couldn't play YouTube or other apps. The bathroom drain was clogged; I notified the front desk, and the staff said they would arrange for someone to fix it the next day, but no one ever came. A very disappointing stay.」

「In general, everything was old. The door lock was rather flimsy hence I don’t feel secure in the room. Water pressure from shower head was low. We stayed for a few days, No replenishment of toiletries or water, need to request and pick up from concierge. The only plus of this hotel is everyone was very courteous, polite and helpful. This is the first and last time we will stay here. 」
