“Cool”

“Broken shower pipe in a very small shower cubicle too. Went to reception yold them about the shower pipe and told me they would fix it. 24 hours later not fixed so changed rooms. Shower in the changed room working but lukewarm water. Not good at all. Internet wifi connection very bad. No connection at all most times even when sat in the lobby. No cleaner turned up on our last day of stay so no clean towels or bedding and on top of that very dusty floor tiles”

“Chambre propre et spacieuse, la vue sur l’océan est inégale selon les chambres. Un changement a été proposé rapidement suite à réclamation pour mauvaise vue. Le personnel est réactif quand cela est nécessaire. Le petit déjeuner pris sur place est varié et à un tarif raisonnable environ 60 dirham. La piscine est propre bien entretenue et les équipements adaptés ( transats parasols…)”

“1 petits déjeuners médiocre, terrasse couverte extrêmement sale surtout que c'est la que l'on peut manger (table et chaises). Il n'y a que 3 parasols pour la piscine. Pour finir, a la réception il n'y a personne pour nous informer, ils sont au courant de rien, restaurants ouverts, activités etc.”

“Kamer ruim en volgens verwachting. Niet echt in inspirerende wijk, maar voor een nacht prima. Wel op loopafstand van strand en koninklijk paleis. Ontbijtbuffet uitgebreid. Personeel vriendelijk en transfer naar vliegveld snel geregeld. ”

“When we entered the room for the first time, it smelled musty. We had to open the balcony door the whole night. The toilet leaked nonstop. The reception desk staff are not professional. Staff lounging (lying down) on the sofa in the lobby while talking on the phone.”

“The hotel is close to everything, restaurants, casinos, stores, souks, the beach, and everything you could need. The front desk is very friendly and very attentive. The only small issue is the cleanliness, the fridge had a very old fridge smell and the shower and bathroom and the den were a little dirty. Everything else was great! ”

“So this hotel had the potential for 5 stars for its range but didn’t make it. First I contacted the hotel repeatedly to ask questions and the Expedia system crashed so I didn’t get any reply. That’s sad - and annoying - but I also emailed them directly. The hotel has a little kitchen with a hob. Very sparsely furnished with cups at and absolutely no cleaning stuff. No bottle of water supplied in courtesy on check in, I arrived after 10 pm and had no water to drink or brush teeth with. You……
