Its still beach weather in Florida!

This 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom, 1600 square foot condo is considered first floor but has 16 steps to front door (building is on raised concrete piers). Located just 2 miles from the center of historic downtown Apalachicola on Hwy 98 (with a view of Apalachicola Bay).

Fully equipped kitchen with keurig duo coffee maker and hot water kettle.

Bed linens and towels are provided. Bring your beach towels. Beach chairs are available, stored under the building.

Master bedroom has a memory foam king size bed. Private bathroom has large tiled shower and double sink vanity. Second bathroom is a shower/tub combo. Bedroom #2 and #3 have Queen size beds. A roll away cot is available in Master closet. Please have your streaming codes with you for apps, TV has wifi connection. Ceiling fans in every room and the unit is equipped with a washer and dryer.

The side deck is HUGE and on the shady side of building in the afternoon. A quiet spot to sit, lounge, nap, or read a book with the cool bay breeze. Multiple outside seating options (cushions and pillows are stored in laundry room).

Front balcony is currently unavailable, please do not access for safety reasons.

Very comfortable and well appointed home.

This home was perfect for our family. It was very comfortable, clean, and had everything we needed. The kitchen has everything for cooking and the deck was great. We sat outside every evening having wonderful visits. Our host was kind and so helpful and knowledgeable about the area. Overall, lovely experience.

Oyster Cookoff Getaway

Great location for visiting Apalachicola. Great stay with great host. Minor issues: one of the queen beds needs a mattress replaced (hole in the middle so uncomfortable for 2 people) & hallway bathroom hot water has horrible sulfur smell (it improved on day 2 but never went away, so all 6 of us showered in the master shower). Overall, a good stay & value for the money - definitely would stay again!

Perfect Weekend!

We were super impressed with our weekend rental, I read the reviews about how clean the condo was - and we wholeheartedly agree, it is truly the cleanest condo I have ever rented. The owners were so welcoming, checked in with us during our stay to make sure we were comfortable and if we needed anything. I appreciate that level of communication. We caught our limit of snapper and enjoyed them the second night, Kitchen had everything we needed to cook a fabulous meal. Beds and furnishings were very comfortable, condo was roomy with plenty of space, cannot say enough good things about this rental, we will be back!

Guys Fishing Trip

Great weekend fishing trip with the guys. The weather was ify but we made the most of it. You know the saying....A bad day of fishing is always better than a good day at work. The accommodations and host were everything we could have asked for. We will definitely be back!

We enjoyed staying in Appalach! It was the perfect place to explore the Forgotten Coast. Started in Wakulla and then the Carabelle Light House, lunch at Family Coastal and dinner at Owl Cafe! Hiked at Hells Tate and Scipio boardwalk! Loved it!

We really enjoyed our stay. All the beds were comfortable and very cute rooms plenty of space to enjoy tastefully decorated . enjoyed sitting on the porch and living room and kitchen table with coffee. Everything was perfect

1st off just let me say we have never been to Apalachicola Florida and Panama, St prt Joe were booked so this was that nearest. The outside of our property look like you are in the middle of no where 😂 we were definitely kind of skeptical at 1st but Michelle and her partner were very nice. They met us outside with warm hospitality and the inside of the place was great. From the kitchen to bathrooms to beds everything was awesome . Definitely recommend

My family and I absolutely loved this place! Michelle and Tracey are the best of the best. Trust me when I tell you this place is so nice and quiet and the owners actually contact you to see if there is anything you need. They are the best!! We came for a little R and R and that's exactly what we got! The beds were so nice and comfy. Each room has a theme. It's all about relaxing. I couldn't ask for a better place to stay if I tried! This is my new place!! I will stay here(if it's available)every single time! Can't wait to go back!!

Just what we needed!

Dad, son, bro-in-law and me came down to do some fishing on the docks of Apalachicola (dealing with a little cancer/chemo and can't get out in the sun). This was a perfect spot for us and such a nice place! Very clean and spacious. Great location convenient to everything. And the owners were fantastic! Made us very welcome and I enjoyed my conversations with Michele. Highly recommend if you want to come in and do some time in Apalach! Hopefully will get a chance to stay here again.

Awesome property and hosts

We stayed here for a short weekend getaway and would definitely stay here again. Short, easy drive into downtown Immaculate and stocked with everything needed. Comfy chairs on balcony to enjoy coffee in mornings. Quiet and peaceful. Hosts are so accommodating and easy to communicate with!
