The 120 m² property features a living room, a kitchen, 2 bedrooms, and 2 bathrooms, accommodating up to 4 guests. Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), TV, air conditioning, and a washing machine. The building has an elevator. Enjoy the outdoor space with a balcony and a barbecue.

Eine schöne Wohnung mit einem Pool vor der Tür.

Pros: Eine schöne und saubere Wohnung. Man hat alles was man braucht. Wir können es nur empfehlen. Besitzer sind sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Cons: Restaurants und Eiskaffees sind leider etwas weiter weg. Mit Kindern 20 Minuten Fußmarsch einplanen.

Nice accommodation, with wonderfull pool

Pros: Nice, spacy appartement. With all things you need for your stay. Well decorated. Clean. Airco was good. The terras was large an comfortable table for dining outside. And it had a view to the sea. Comfortable to have a dedicated parking in the garage. The pool was great, very clean and included a guard. Cons: Wifi could be better. Worked only inside, and dropped quite often.

Mooi ruim en schoon appartement

Pros: Heerlijk appartement met fijn gedeeld zwembad. Het appartement ligt rustig in een urbanisatie. Ruim terras met mooi uitzicht. Supermarkt op loopafstand. Aan de overkant van de straat ligt een mooi fietspad en via daar ben zo je bij de stranden en het centrum van San Remo. Het laatste stukje weg is wel een behoorlijke klim met de fiets, maar lopend kom je er dan ook wel 😉. Vriendelijke en behulpzame host die graag antwoord geeft op je vragen. Cons: Op de kleine slaapkamer is geen airco, wel een goede ventilator.
