"Hotel staff is so nice and welcoming Simone and Ashley are both helpful checking in and checking out also we did a later check out and we were accommodated by Simone. Mona Lisa from the cleaning department was so nice and friendly ! Filipina is always very welcoming and friendly. Definitely we are coming back to Bologna there is more to explore and also we love SavHotel"

"Great location - walkable to the city centre, but outside the ZTL, so no special pass required for the car. Parking is available (at a daily charge) BUT the entrance from the street is very tight so wide vehicles/SUVs beware! The hotel is a little tired, with basic over-the-bath shower facilities, and they use those 3-in-a-row-round-pin plug sockets (unlike France and Germany) so make sure you have the correct adapter. Buffet breakfast spread was good - à la carte is charged extra. We would consider staying here again."

"Air conditioner didn't work. Told staff at 3pm. Went out sight seeing came back at 10pm only to find the room hot and AC not working Was told by staff no workers were at hotel at night time. When we asked why it was not addressed at 3pm they had no answer. Had to change room at midnight. Poor management."

Hotel Bologna Airport

10/10 Excellent

"Very clean place! Nice comfortable room, good AC and wifi. Staff were very accommodating. I only wish they had better shuttle service. There were 4 shuttle vans, sitting unused, but none to the city center. And the 5 minute shuttle to the airport was 13€. But overall I will use this hotel again."
