"Unhappy w/ our experience. We were not greeted well at all. When we checked in there was no hello, hi, welcome! The girl literally said 4th floor elevators behind you and turned to someone else. The room was not cleaned well, other peoples stuff found on floor, the bottom sheet on our bed was not a fitted sheet but a flat sheet just laid over. Towels in bathroom had black makeup on them. Upon checking out we were directed to the kiosk to check out (the only person behind the desk was on the phone) (I really wanted to talk with someone) I asked a man standing by how to get a receipt and he was incredibly rude FOR NO REASON, rudest look on his face and said you can wait for her… we had no problem waiting to start with.. I then asked where do we put the room keys? He said just set them up there. We felt like such a hassle checking in and out.. I had questions, like why did it end up being more that the resort fees, found out from friends it was taxes but just felt nickled and dimed after paying ahead for this trip and one thing after another and when trying to understand anything I was meant with oh yeah or just nothing. I can’t imagine staying here again. Only been to Vegas a couple times and we made it out for my husbands 50th birthday. We did appreciate the mini fridge as it came in quite handy & the sweet cleaning lady that we got some clean towels from. We made sure to clean and bag up all garbage and leave nothing behind. "
