"The man who checked us in was very personable very nice and helpful. When we checked out in the morning the woman reservation clerk was very rude. We asked for a receipt to show we checked out and she said we could not have a receipt because we didn't pay the Hotel directly, and that the Hotel did not receive any money from us. They did however, take a $100 deposit. I just said I wanted something that shows we left the hotel and didn't have any charges. She said too bad you will get my receipt from Hotels.com on my e mail. I was traveling and I had no way to check. I have not received a receipt from Hotels.com for checking out."
