"This is not worth the cost. It is basically a farm stay surrounded by introduced trees with the faint smell of cow dung and the sound of gun shots. It may be near beautiful native trees of the Otways, but they are not accessible. The property map provided is out of date and access to the waterfalls hasn't been maintained. Be prepared for long arduous walks and rock climbing to access them.

"Easily accessed from Great Ocean Road, located opposite the coast. Property is well maintained & clean, reception staff are friendly and helpful. Room was clean, bed comfortable, bathroom sizeable with good shower and fluffy towels, all required facilities - kettle, toaster, microwave, cutlery & crockery, tv, hairdryer etc.
Just minutes walk away from shops and restaurants, and also beach. "
