It was wonderfully centrally located in the Brandon area near our son's apartment with plenty of restaurants and other activities around. Be aware that the shower temp is hard to regulate,we never really found the sweet spot, we both just used it as a hand held and showered quickly. The convenience of the location to the beach resturants,ice cream, coffee can't beat it. The common area is well maintained.The property manager called to check in. "Jeanette was a great host. We experienced a small issue when we arrived (absolutely no fault of Jeanette’s) and I informed her of the issue. Our issue was resolved quickly by the property manager. Excellent communication and response. The pool was great and not crowded at all. We saw dolphins multiple times from our balcony. Great resort and views. "

The ocean view is great to view beautiful sunsets. There are many restaurants within walking distance too. Rodger was great with communicating in a timely manner and answered all our questions. "This condo is updated and comfortable. It has sliding glass doors to a small outdoor space that sits on the edge of the beautiful golf course. You can also sit on the couch or at the dining table and enjoy the view. A short walk away is the pool and a casual stroll to the bridge reveals a small stretch of sand on the intracoastal to relax, watch the local fisherman, or catch a dolphin swimming by. Beaches, restaurants, and shopping are all a short drive away. It is also convenient to the highway...

"It was nice to have a condo on the bay. All of the amenities were great, I didn't have to leave the property for anything the two nights I was there. The little store had much more than I have ever seen at a resort. It is a little dated inside but everything worked and was clean. The only thing missing was an air vent in the bedroom and no ceiling fan. I kept waking up hot in the middle of the night."
