“The property needs lots of TLC, spire webs and ants everywhere inside the house, rip furnitures, the gate keepers were really rude, check in time 7:00pm when usually is 4pm but check out time is 4pm. Not full access to the property since we need to ask the gate keepers to open and close the gate to go out.. since check in was at 7 and wanted to go to El tunco at night we were told that we were not allowed to go out after 9 that gate closed at 9 pm.. totally a bad experience. “I ended up in a different apartment from the one in the picture because of a problem with the original listing. The owner was nice and accessible and professional. The apartment is also nice, though there are at least 3 issues you should know about: 1. There is no hot water 2. There is no desk to work at (just the dining table) 3.
