“It’s a very unpleasant experience. I made reservation of an apartment with two bedrooms. A lady called me one day befor checking in, said the apartment heater was not working, she Sadie would change another apartment to me. BUT SHE NEVER TOLD ME THE CHANGED APARTMENT HAS ONLY ONE BEDROOM AND ONE BED!!! It was very embarrassing, two persons has to share one bed!!! When I talked to them, they never responded. And charged me two bedroom apartment price. I felt cheated!!! ”

“Property as described, furnished well appears to have been updated recently. Had two issues, which the manager worked to resolve quickly which we appreciated. First and biggest was a significant foul smell coming from the first bathroom, apparently coming up through the pipes if water not left in the sink, shower or bides - it got much better after they addressed, but still present. Second issue more minor was bed sheets not super clean. Pretty sure laundered and just laundered with other stuff……

“One of the best hotels I’ve stayed, and I said this even with my wife’s high standard. The service and cleanliness were impeccable. There isn’t a car park but the hotel concierge was willing to help us carry our luggage from nearby carpark. We liked even the vintage elevator that came with the hotel. ”

“The hotel is located in a super weird commercial building. The rooms were right next to the Argentinian consulate in an office building, which was weird and it meant it was super annoying to get to — you had to buzz the front door and the go up a set of stairs to reach a designated elevator. But worst of all, the concierge convinced us to spend an additional 50 euros to upgrade the room with “Duomo view” and told us it’s “really special” and that the bed was extra amazing. “Their reception office is in a different building to where the actual rooms are. So if you arrived in Milan very early in the morning or late in the night, I could see that being a challenge in finding your way (but messaging them in advance to inform them if that was the case). We had one small issue with the shower not draining properly, but we messaged the office, and they sent someone to fix it within 15 minutes!
