"The room and location were exactly what we needed - spacious and clean. The pool was beautiful and kids loved the waterslide! The marketplace was nice to grab a pizza or an ice cream and the food was good/typical bar food at the pool. There were only a few things that made me rate Caribe as "good" and not "excellent" - It would be helpful for them to post the shuttle schedule on their website before you booked. They have very specific times that the shuttle runs to each park. The buses themselves were very nice and clean and drivers kind, but it would have been helpful to know the schedule before we checked in. Also, there is a hotel fee added each day that says that it covers things like the shuttle, etc. However, on top of that, with everything that we ordered at the pool, there was an extra $5 "service charge" (not the tip...) This added up and felt like a curveball when getting the final bill. Lastly, some might not be bothered by this, but we saw this pool and figured it would be a relaxing place to spend our time when not at the chaos of the parks. However, it was very busy and there was loud music playing the whole time. Not the serene vision that we had for our down time. I write those in case it is helpful for people planning, but overall, we were very happy with our room and the accommodations."

"Everything was great, checkin in was a little weird again. The checkin area seems cluttered and does not mesh with the long weird snack table. Get rid of that or turn it sideways. You would be able to have actual check in lines and not have everyone one all weirdly bunched up. I would also suggest self checkout for the snacks! TY will stay again and again. The bar manager lady is chill AF but also assertive with that wild folks. 11/10 mgmt skills, the last mgmt was rude the whole week. GG"

"Room cleaned after 3rd day, people at the diner needs to be more friendly, they tried to charge me twice for my breakfast and didn't even apologize. "
