「Hotel and staff were very good but the area did not seem to be safe. There are homeless and obvious drug users in the area that would congregate at the entrance of the hotel parking lot. A couple blocked the entrance at one point as we were trying to enter. Asheville needs to find better ways to address the homeless throughout the city. Wish we had stayed in a different area. Probably won’t stay in this city again.」

「The room and bathroom were very clean, and the aircon worked well. The bed was comfortable. Reception staff were helpful, and the complimentary breakfast was good - hot food, cereals, fruit juice, waffles, pastries and coffee. Wifi worked great. Plenty of parking. Situated near a large shopping and restaurant precinct just a few minutes' drive away.」
