"I arrived into town late at night, tired from driving and needed a room. I looked up hotels in the area and the Comfort Inn & Suites popped up, great price and an excellent rating so I booked a room. When I arrived I was greeted right away by a very friendly and helpful desk clerk (Chris) who got me registered and checked invert quickly, informed me of the amenities and breakfast schedule. Very nice experience, I'd recommend this hotel to everyone who doesn't want an expensive resort, but still wants a very comfortable room."

"Returning visitors. Can’t beat the location. All rooms facing the lake is also a big plus. Great staff and excellent amenities, including a huge deck connecting restaurant to bar and lounging area with stunning views on the lake, a pool that is very well maintained, hot tub, sauna, ice bath and even bike rentals. Across the street is the entrance to the village. A gem of a place in Big Bear. Let’s all keep this resort as pristine as they’ve made it."
