When I arrived there was no trash can in room. The front desk gave me one. Then I realized there was no shower curtain. I asked front desk to provide one, they never did in four days. There was visible mold in the bathroom.
If there had been ANY other facilities in the area, I would have left. Place is dirty and vastly overpriced. It’s a dump.

Staff didnt know any eateries in the area other than fat food. Finally was able to speak engish clearly and he was quite helpful.

Check in went well but on the walk to our room there was clearly issues with the standard of the hotel. Extremely dated decor. Walls had deposits on them which can only be described as caramel looking. Significant amounts of damage to paintwork and walls, and most significantly was the smell of wet/mould plus air freshener.
First room we had, half the floor was very wet to the point it squelched when you stood on it and it soaked through socks immediately. Smell was stronger inside the room.
Reception very quickly arranged a new room which did not have a damp floor but had a stronger mould/wet and air freshener smell plus deposits on the wall. I again complained to reception and explained with all of these issues a third room wasn’t a solution and we would not be staying past the first night.
To their credit they were very helpful and arranged a refund of the remaining nights. They explained that the rooms had recently been deep cleaned but they clearly hadn’t been ventilated afterwards. I honestly believe that had we stayed we would have suffered respiratory issues because of the room environment.
I appreciate it’s a 2 Star accommodation but it did not feel a safe environment to stay. If we hadn’t arrived late and been so tired, and if the windows weren’t safe to open, we would not have stayed the first night.

Customer service was horrible. The hotel did not look all that clean either. I would never stay there again and would advise no one else should either. Could not enjoy myself because the hotel was that bad.

Floors were dirty. Trash left piled up in the hallway and stair well. Food crumbs were up and down the hallway. Bed spread had holes in it. Bathroom door would not close. Tub was dirty. Carpet needed cleaning

Noone at the front desk to check, someone came and said youll have to wait about 20 minutes mind you its 4 pm. Check in is 3 pm. I said no im not waiting. Finally got checked in. Asked for a roll away bed and was told we dont have any.

So we found a pair of tweezers on the floor in the bathroom next to the tub. We found a pair of reading glasses on the floor underneath the desk. And what was really bad is we found I think was a mint in the package at least underneath the sheet that I felt when I laid on it.

Check-in was fast and good. Then it went downhill. Room was smelly. Very sketchy area. The pillows were tiny and insufficient. The next morning I tried to get more pillows. First stopped to talk to housekeeping staff but they didn't speak a word of English so that failed. Then went to front desk, explained we needed more pillows and the manager promised to have housekeeping put more in the room. When we returned that night there were no extra pillows. I went to front desk then and the girl there said that they had no more pillows and it would take 2-3 days to get some but we were only there for two nights. Also, housekeeping did not make up our room so we had no coffee the second morning. Second night people in another room were fighting and screaming at 4:00 in the morning. Overall, a horrible experience.
