「It was perfect for our stay, we would definitely rent it again. I have to say that the house needs a good deep cleaning. Furniture moved and cleaned under. We found food, hot sauce and candy wrappers, under it. Floors need a good mopping. We had to sweep the floors because there was dirt, and crumbs on it. Nothing major or too serious. We had an awesome time and loved the house. 」

「Awesome property with great views! Far enough from the city for that relaxed feel, but still close enough to go in and do stuff. Scott was a wonderful host!」

「Our stay was perfect. Check-in and communication with the property owner was excellent. Kitchen was adequate with modern conveniences, oven/range, dishwasher, fridge, microwave. Some supplies were short, but we made do. Wi-Fi worked great with no issues. It was so peaceful a great place to shut down my brain for a few days. 」

「Nice little place next to the lake. Booked for two nights ended up staying four nights. Sandy was very accommodating, easy to reach and very responsive.We thoroughly enjoyed our time at the beach house.」

「This lake house was a perfect fit for my family. The owner of the property has done a tremendous amount of work to the inside and it shows from the moment you walk in! Sitting on the back deck watching ships & boats pass, super relaxing. Not to mention looking at Toronto on the other side of the lake. Super quiet neighborhood and the surrounding neighbors are friendly. Will definitely book again when we are in the area!」

「Perfect apartment for our stay! It is on the second floor and not accessible for those whith mobility issues if that is a concern. We visited my daughter at the University at buffalo only 20 minutes away! Property was less expensive than a hotel on family weekend! Went fishing and to the falls, both very close by. Denise was a great host! Very communicative and attentive. Place is adorable and well stocked with supplies- Densie even left us water and snacks :) Clean and the beds were comfy....

「Wonderfully clean with everything you need for your stay. Quiet and safe neighborhood with easy access to Olcott, grocery stores and gas, plus a very short drive to the marina. Our vacation was relaxing and stress free. I would highly recommend this property 」

「Location and layout of the house are awesome! Neglected maintenance of house and landscaping was disappointing. Wilson is a perfect place to stay for fishing and the state park down the road allowed us to dock our boat and keep our trailer at the park for 21/day! Awesome Sunset Bar! Live band! Vern’s restaurant was great too! Definitely will stay in Wilson again for our salmon fishing trips from Ohio.」

「This property is a spacious and well-appointed home. I travelled with my family (wife, kids, grandkids) and we all loved the accommodations. The property is located in a very nice neighborhood with easy access to many of the attractions of WNY. The icing on the cake was the pool, deck, and outside areas. During a hot summer week, it was a smashing success and a great place to hang out and entertain in comfort. 」
