What a great space for Stay , Work and Play by the Beach! Comfortable & private . Walk to New Brighton Beach, Capitola or Sea Cliff Beach. Bike & Hike in Nisene Marks. Meet with clients or just enjoy a private sunny space to stay in Aptos.

Our unique space is comfortably set up for an individual or couple Work, play and stay on beautiful Monterey Bay. A very unique sunny Aptos location.
Minutes to access to Capitola Beach, Seacliff Beach, New Brighton State Beach, Seascape. Easy access to Highway 1 N and S. Restaurants, Shopping, Movie Theater, Golfing, Hiking, Biking, Farmers Market and Santa Cruz
Biking & Hiking at Nisene Marks State Park where giant coastal redwoods are abound.

With just a short walk you will be on journey to the ocean through 66 acres of natural beauty. When the ocean tides are low you can also experience walking on the beach to Capitola by the Sea or Aptos Seacliff State Beach (See map picture)

Bad experience

I booked the room, paid the money, kept asking for information on getting a key. The day of arrival the owner notified me it is not available . He claimed he didn’t know how it was posted. I eventually got all my money back except for the insurance fee I paid
