Disliked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy

Bad experience

I booked the room, paid the money, kept asking for information on getting a key. The day of arrival the owner notified me it is not available . He claimed he didn’t know how it was posted. I eventually got all my money back except for the insurance fee I paid
