"This was such a beautiful, pleasant surprise. The hotel was exquisite. The service was outstanding, and the staff were mostly helpful. ( except for one experience with a staff member giving us wrong directions to a very popular attraction… But these things happen. I wouldn’t hold it against the Hotel for that.) I would definitely recommend this hotel and plan on doing so for some friends who are coming in the fall I would also consider staying at other paradox hotels around the world You have made me feel welcome"

"The hotel is located above a very diverse shopping mall and down the road from several others even more diverse. The only real issue with the Hotel That was negative was the fact that when you enter Funan Mall you really have to search for how you find the Hotel… There was one left that went to 4th floor and that was opposite McDonald’s but there was no signage anywhere else of how to get there or where it was. I wasn’t the only confused person – possibly a bit confused cause I’m over 75 - but as the lift came up a very confused young man hesitated before leaving the lift until I encouraged him and said lyf was here and directed him to the right: so confusing for the 20-year-olds as well as the seven-year-olds better signage necessary. The room was very comfortable but you needed a degree to work out how to get CNA on the TV amongst the host of channels you could’ve signed up to. "
