Fantastic stay!!!

It is a very good, clean, Poudada. With a great staff. The people are very friendly, and very helpful. The free breakfast is very complete. Location is right on Broadway street, so it is very convenient. About 800 meters from the beach.

Sim, café da manhã bem servido. E em todos os momentos estava tendo reposição de algo que ia acabando. O estacionamento bem seguro logo ao lado da pousada e com câmeras, dessa forma não tivemos nenhum problema. Waffles, tapioca e crepes sendo feitos na hora.

Sem dúvida, o ponto forte da pousada é a localização (na calçada da Broadway) o que facilita muito na locomoção. Os funcionários foram simpáticos e solicitos. Os quartos são “ok”. Nada de luxuoso, mas atendem bem para uma estadia curta. O ar condicionado e chuveiro estavam funcionando bem. No geral, recomendo a estadia. (a piscina é ótima)

DESAGRADÁVEL

Minha estadia, que tinha tudo para ser positiva como nas visitas anteriores, foi comprometida por um incidente sério. Ao chegar ao quarto à noite, minha esposa identificou uma infestação de pulgas, tornando o ambiente impraticável para descanso. Não temos animais de estimação, mas havia um cachorro próximo ao quarto, sem como confirmar relação. Procurei a recepção e fui atendido pelo funcionário Samuel, que demonstrou rapidez e cordialidade ao oferecer um quarto similar, situado ao lado do nosso. Recusei a opção, solicitando algo mais distante, e recebi outro quarto, de categoria inferior, sem a vista para o mar que havíamos reservado, mas aceitável diante da situação. Na manhã seguinte, no café, ouvi funcionários da limpeza comentarem que o quarto anterior estava “bagunçado”. Intervi, esclarecendo que a desordem se devia à busca pelas pulgas, que chegaram a atacar minha esposa, mas a conversa foi encerrada sem maiores explicações. Apesar da postura profissional de Samuel e dos pedidos de desculpas da gerência, a experiência foi desagradável e comprometeu totalmente a estadia. Não pretendo retornar e recomendo que a pousada adote medidas imediatas de dedetização, evitando que outros hóspedes enfrentem problema semelhante.

Localização excepcional

A localização é excelente pois fica bem no início da rua Dragão do Mar, a mais animada de Canoa (chamam de Broadway). Ao chegar de carro vc se depara com a meia lua, simbolo de Canoa, então vira a esquerda e entra numa garagem da pousada para tirar as malas, pois o estacionamento fica afastado da pousada. O café da manhã é bem básico, mais trigo e menos proteínas. O quarto que fiquei era muito bom, amplo, limpo, bem cuidado, split funcionando, banheiro higiênico e amplo, porém a água não aquecia. Detalhe: ao reservar veja se tem quarto embaixo caso tenha restrição a escadas, pois não há elevador e até o café da manhã é no piso superior. O atendimento foi muito gentil e educado por parte de todos, da recepção ao pessoal de serviço.
