"Very well equipped, clean cottage. We received a warm welcome from the owners and a comprehensive introduction to the property. Due to the unseasonably bad weather whilst we were there, we were unable to make best use of the facilities but there were plenty of them, including a heated pool. The only criticism was that the chairs in the living room were not very comfortable but I imagine guests would normally spend their time outside where there is plenty of garden furniture."

"We were in Champlitte for a week at the end of August 2023. The welcome at the accommodation was very friendly. Everything was very well prepared. We received all the necessary explanations and supplementary information for our stay. The accommodation is very spacious. The kitchen equipment is good and invites you to cook in the large kitchen overlooking the beautiful garden. The bedrooms are tastefully decorated. The internet connection was very good. We felt very comfortable in this beautiful...

"Patrick is a very welcoming host but the inside of the property is looking tired and in need of a major declutter, redecoration and a deep clean. The outside space and pool are great. The bedding and towels provided were well used and did not inspire confidence in their cleanliness. At the end of our stay we were asked to pay cash for the linen even though we had prepaid for this via Novasol. This dispute meant our departure was more stressful than necessary."

"Zeer aangenaam. Het huis is groot met een leuke tuin waar we graag lekkere hapjes eten. De bakker is op loopafstand, met heerlijk stokbrood, lekkere croissantjes etc. Er zijn genoeg leuke dorpjes in de omgeving en Dijon is niet zo ver. "

"Old, quaint house in center of a village with 3 restaurants total (1 was a pizza place). Room style from the 60’ and needs refurbishment. Ok for the price. Restaurant with seating outside. Nice, food ok, nothing special. 3 course meal for EUR35. Opened at 19:00, quite opposite to the night b4 in Germany: They closed at 20:00! Bed very good. Showerhead needs changing…. "
