Luxury apartment, quiet for quiet people. Located in the city center, on the ground floor, access from the street, through a corridor, which isolates the hustle and bustle of local life. 2 minutes to the beach, 7 minutes to the train station, 5 minutes to the municipal market, all on foot.
The entrance to the apartment is in the living room, large open kitchen, 3 induction hob, dishwasher, washing machine, hood, combined microwave, fridge-freezer, central heating.
WIFI connection.
The first bedroom, 1 bed for 2 persons (140X190), large closet. The second bedroom, 1 bed for 2 persons (140X190), large closet. In the living room, 1 sofa bed for a sleeping 130 X 190 cm.
