"I really wouldn’t recommend this hotel !
While the nature and property were stunning and the villas were generously sized the cleanliness and staff helpfulness was very poor .there were very large bugs in the shower and tons of dust below the beds and one of our beds was not made at all .we only received one tiny bar of hand soap for a 3 bedroom ,6 ppl villa and when we ask for toiletries and extra toilet paper we received only 2 sets of shampoo and shower gel as a one time courtesy , any more...

We enjoyed the relaxing stay, the beautiful grounds, and the convenience of being in a centralized location for travel to small towns all within an hour. "Gabriele and Patricia are great, very welcoming and kind! The house is spacious, historic, and views are stunning! It gave us a real sense of Tuscany and Italy! We visited Florence, San Giminiagno, Pisa, Lucca, natural terme, etc, all short drives, day trips. If we had to have one complaint, it would be the wifi connection. But we spent most of our time outdoors anyways! We would definitely stay again! "
