“We spent one night at La Ferme de Marpalu and absolutely loved it! The location is perfect—close to beautiful castles, with plenty of options to hike, explore, and enjoy nature. The atmosphere is incredibly peaceful. Ingrid and Jean-Paul are wonderfully warm and welcoming. “酒店在一个修道院内，有自己的停车场，靠近一条主路，比较吵，旁边就是卢瓦尔河和一座大桥，景色还是不错的。酒店室内比较古旧，有历史的感觉，但晚上有点吓人。房间开始订的标准客房，到店又交了20€升级了高级客房，在三楼，没有电梯，领着行李爬楼累死了，内部设施较全，但卫生较差，不太干净，仅有一个浴缸，地板地面，使用不舒服。床品一般般吧。相比古堡酒店来说挺一般的，就是价格还算合适。”

The host was welcoming & friendly and very informative, helping us with suggestions of restaurants and sites to see as well as some history on her home which has been in her family for 18 generations. Having come from busy, crowded and loud Paris (which we loved as well), Château de la Giraudière was exactly what we needed next; quiet, fresh air and a small village environment. Ich habe schon mehrere sehr nette Gastgeber kennengelernt, aber noch nie jemanden, der mit so viel Freude und echter guter Laune diesen Job ausfüllt! Offensichtlich hat er sich seinen Traum erfüllt und kann es kaum glauben, wie schön alles geworden ist! Zum Frühstück gibt es Baguette, Schinken o.ä. vom lokalen Fleischer, mehrere leckere Käsesorten, selbstgemachte Marmelade und oft noch einen selbstgebackenen Kuchen.……
