At the entrance of the house we find a large dining room with windows overlooking the pool, and a large balcony. The living room is large and bright, equipped with everything you need to rest and disconnect. Next to the living room, we find the American kitchen equipped with everything you need to cook your favorite dishes. There are 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms in the house. One of the bedrooms is equipped with a double bed and has a bathroom with shower en suite. The remaining bedroom is equipped with 2 single beds. The bathrooms with shower are located in a common area.

Outside we find the pool, the covered porch with an outdoor table and a barbecue with an outdoor sink, along with a relaxation area.

The access lane is unpaved, characterized by curves and slopes, typical of the mountainous area where the house is located.
