Leider werden Wünsche nach einem ruhigen Zimmer nicht berücksichtigt, bzw. weiss wohl das Personal nicht, wie es dort nachts zugeht. Wir haben ein Zimmer direkt über der Küche bekommen, dort, wo das Personal beim Rauchen steht, dort, wo der Parkplatz ist, und wo die Glascontainer sind, außerdem noch neben dem Aufzug. Wir wissen jetzt, dass das Personal das Altglas nach Feierabend, ca. 0.20 Uhr im Container entsorgt, und wir wissen, dass die Müllabfuhr sehr früh morgens kommt. Zum Zimmer: Hygienebeutel werden wohl grundsätzlich nicht aufgefüllt. Bademantel und Badeschlappen gabs nur auf Nachfrage. Geputzt wird nur oberflächlich, die Betten wurden sehr lange nicht mehr zur Seite gerückt, außerdem war ein sehr modriger Geruch im Zimmer.

Great location & views

Stayed two nights Dinner Bad & Breakfast whilst touring the area. Great location close to the old part of town with its maze of old cobbled streets. Good sized room with balcony, clean and comfortable bed. Staff friendly, food to a good standard, outside pool & off road parking. Would recomend

Für eine Nacht in Ordnung; länger nicht zu empf.

Das Frühstück war eher so lala; jeden Tag die selbe Auswahl und die Qualität eher unterste Kategorie. Für ein Hotel mit dieser Sternenanzahl sollte es zumindest vernünftigen Kaffee geben und nicht einfach ein Löslicher aus dem Automaten. Cappuccino war ebenfalls aus dem Automaten (Gemisch aus Milchpulver und Löslichen => einfach grauenvoll und das in Italien!) Die Säfte waren ebenfalls eine Pulvermischung und überhaupt nicht genießbar.

sehr zentral und Verkehrsgünstig

das Hotel liegt direkt hinter dem Busbahnhof und ist absolut ruhig. Alles ist fußläufig erreichbar. Sehr nettes Personal und für italienische Verhältnisse ein riesiges Frühstücksbuffet mit guter Auswahl. Alles sehr zu empfehlen. Zimmer sehr sauber, ordentlich, und schön. Habe mich sehr wohl gefühlt.

Great location, friendly staff, rooms a bit shabby

The hotel was in a great location right next to down town. The staff was friendly and very helpful. The breakfast was good but nothing that special. The room was a bit shabby for a 4-star hotel: the TV was small and only had a few Italian Channels, the bed was the dreaded Euro two single beds pushed together where one of us would inevitably fall into the crack at night. Stylistically the rooms could really use an update. The pool was nice but closed at 1900 every evening. If you plan to use the Spa be sure to make advance reservations as everything was booked when we wanted to go. But Arco is a great town if you are into biking and climbing. We could have stayed there another month and not been bored. The Lake is only a 20 min bike ride away and Arco is a much less touristy place than the towns you will find on the lake.

Hotel im Zentrum von Arco

Verlängertes Wochenende im Hotel mit Kleinkind. Hotel war in Ordnung, aber nicht besonders originell. Alle waren sehr bemüht uns einen angenehmen Aufenthalt zu ermöglichen. Da unser Kind eher normal zwischen 19 und 20 Uhr schläft war das Hotel vielleicht nicht die richtig Wahl. Am Pool gabe es diverse Male Livemusik, die unerträglich laut in den Zimmern widerhallte. Für Kinder die das genießen konnten sicherlich schön, für uns nicht geeignet. Mit geschlossenen Fenstern war der Nachteil, dass es schnell warm wurde und in der ersten Nacht zumindest die Klimaanlage nicht funktionierte. Aber dies war offenbar ein größeres Problem und wurde vom Hotel am nächsten Tag sofort behoben. Durch eine Änderung der Verkehrsregeln führt nun eine größere Verkehrsmenge am Hotel vorbei, welches sich am Abend als ungünstig erweist. Aber der Verkehr ist maximal bis 23 Uhr wesentlich und dann de facto nicht mehr existent.

Tolles Hotel in sehr guter Lage

Wir haben den Aufenthalt genossen, sehr gutes Frühstückbuffet, sehr nette Mitarbeiter sowohl am Empfang als auch beim Service. Das Hotel liegt ideal, ein Parkplatz steht zur Verfügung, man kann das Zentrum zu Fuß schnell erreichen und die Rezeption ist immer besetzt. Somit können wir dieses Hotel uneingeschränkt weiter empfehlen - vor allem auch die Aussicht vom Balkon.

Posizione ottimale per chi vuole vedere più posti

Abbiamo passato due notti in questo Hotel, abbiamo visto i mercatini di Arco, di Trento, di Rovereto e di Innsbruck. Quindi per chi vuole vedere più posti ed ha voglia di girare, questo Hotel è in un'ottima posizione. Da non trascurare il rapporto qualità/prezzo. Pienamente soddisfatti.

Good location but outside is looking tired

Stayed 2 nights B&B early Sept 2011. Outside looking tired and spa pool had mould in the bottom.24 hour Reception was helpful and would rate very good. The lobby had a free use PC and WiFi. Our room was on the first floor and were were able to get WiFi in the room. The room had a balcony and had been refurbished quite recently. It was excellent apart from the burnt wall-lamp shade. Shower good, plenty of wardrobe space. The ground floor Restaurant looked fantastic and an English client said the food was good, certainly the menu looked impressive. The basement breakfast room was a bit depressing - set up for the German tourist groups to eat en masse. There was a good range of breakfast pastries and the usual continental breakfast items but they were of poor quality compared with other places that we stayed.

4-Sternehotel... aber wann?

Das Hotel hat die 4 Sterne nicht verdient und ist in den 70/80-ern stecken geblieben. Der zum Kaffee servierte Frühstück ist keines Italieners würdig... Der Preis von rund 79 Euro ist für das Zimmer auch angesichts der nicht gerade zentralen Lage nicht gerechtfertigt.
