「First let me say that the host is by far the best honest we’ve ever had. We’ve stayed in several VRBOs over the years and this host was leaps and bounds above all others. 「You get what you pay for… half of the lights didn’t work, the recliners didn’t recline, they said the tv wasn’t working because of satellite but the truth is the message on screen was that the bill hadn’t been paid. 「Jayme the host was super friendly, even offered an early check in if needed. The cabin is absolutely stunning. Lots of beds for a big crowd. The porch area is so peaceful. Parking is perfect as we were driving with a flat bed and a can-am off road vehicle and a big truck hauling it. I definitely recommend this place, you will not regret it! 」

「The property is in an amazing location with incredible secluded access to the Red River. It’s a little hike down to the river. But once you are there, it is amazing tranquility. Take your own pillows, sheets and towels. Also, this is a camping like experience. If you are looking for luxury, this is not your place. This is a place to get away from it all. The last 5 miles to the location are in white rock roads. I will return again and again」

「Peaceful and relaxing. We had a wonderful time sitting on the porch enjoying the view. If you need some time to decompress from the daily grind, this is the perfect place. Only suggestion would be to stop at the store for groceries on the way cause you won’t want to leave once you get there.」

「Overall, we were very pleased with the house. The beds were comfortable and the showers were nice and hot. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare meals. Melissa was very responsive when we had questions about the WiFi and the water. There is very little natural light in the house so we had the lights on most of the time. I’d suggest bringing your own water for drinking as the tap water had a weird taste. I appreciated that we had very few checkout “duties”」
