"RIGHT NEXT TO very active RAILROAD TRACKS. First thing we saw in the very spare bathroom: ear plugs!! We only stayed 45 minutes and 3 trains went by. Address is incorrect [not Viale Michelangelo 142 but 140] we drove around 4 times and our GPS could not find it. I message the property (no answer). "We had an amazing experience! To start, the accommodations were an actual work of art! Stephano spent years lovingly restoring it to a masterpiece. Next, we took a cooking class where we had a ball making eggplant, ravioli, tiramisu, etc. It was so fun and delicious and we had enough food to eat for the rest of our stay! Finally, we went on a wine tour with Stephano that was so special because we could experience the day with a local! We are hoping to return and stay for longer! It’s a great place to stay and experience Tuscany! Love love love this place!"

"The most prominent feature of this hotel is the terrace, what a fabulous view! The staff were very helpful and friendly, showing the Gym which is slightly hidden away behind the bar and the large relaxing public lounge. There is a wide offer for breakfast in a large room which I think is underused. It would for instance be a great place for a reception or other formal gathering."
