「RIGHT NEXT TO very active RAILROAD TRACKS. First thing we saw in the very spare bathroom: ear plugs!! We only stayed 45 minutes and 3 trains went by. Address is incorrect [not Viale Michelangelo 142 but 140] we drove around 4 times and our GPS could not find it. I message the property (no answer). So I called, and the guy told me to type 140 and we finally found it]. The place was horrible; parking was not secure and the area was very sketchy. Elevator stunk, it was difficult to figure...

「Excellent location, genuine warmth and extreme generosity is what we found here. If you want a nice, safe, homely place to stay a few days, this is it. 「We had a wonderful stay at Relais Vignale! Our room was wonderful and we had a beautiful terrace. The breakfast was lovely and included and the pool was relaxing. We also used the spa for a morning which we loved before the winery tour we booked through the resort. It made the trip so easy and relaxing and it was nice to cross the street to Dante’s for food and wine and walk around the beautiful little town of Radda. Highly recommend!!」

「Our fist time experience with a castle hotel is pleasant. We arrived at a rainy day and thus a bit of difficulties in lifting our heavy luggage to the reception - you have to walk a few wet and muddy stone steps from the parking place. Despite that, everything else of our accommodation is nice. The heating is also well functioned considering most other hotels or agriturismo do not offer heating in late April.
