Séjour moyen, Hôtel annoncé en 3 étoiles mais ce n’est qu’un 2 étoiles. L'accueil pour des personnes à mobilité réduite n’est pas évidente. Mon fils en béquille a du monter les 2 étages par l’escalier. On nous a proposé une chambre au premier mais pas équivalente à celle réservé. Sinon le personnel est très gentil et le petit déjeuner convenable.

Mittelmäßiges Hotel mit netten Personal. Die Klimaanlage war defekt und unser beengtes Zimmer hatte nur ein kleines Fenster und einen kleinen Ventilator. Trotzdem war das Zimmer sauber und die Betten bequem.

Très bon accueil, mais déçu de ne pas profiter de la piscine qui était fermée depuis quelques jours (surtout qu'il faisait une température de 28°) et que nous avons eu une chambre pour personne à mobilité réduite (que nous n'avons pas demandé) c'est a dire, pas de porte de douche, un rideau qui sépare la chambre aux wc, etc...

Nous ne jugerons pas l'établissement car nous avons eu un soucis et n'avons pas pu nous y rendre. Par contre l'accueil téléphonique à été déplorable ! * La personne me répond lors de mon premier appel -" madame je suis en pose ! " ne décrocher pas le téléphone dans ce cas. Puis elle me répond en étant mal aimable qu'elle ne peut pas me faire d'annulation et que je devrait payer ma chambre et les taxes de séjour alors que je ne séjourne pas ! * mon deuxième appel, j'explique que des amis vont venir à ma place et la -" non impossible c'est vous et personne d'autre et je vous demanderais votre carte d'identité !" je lui explique que j'ai payer, donc je changerais le nom si besoin et j'ai du passer par Hotels.com pour modifier le nom ! Cette personne est loin d'être la réceptionniste sur laquelle on aime être accueilli. J'espère que mon commentaire la fera réagir et qu'à l'avenir elle sera plus agréable et avenante.

Réservation via le site Hotel.com. Arrivée 19h à l'hôtel Bleu Azur l'accueil était fermée, moulte tentative de joindre l'hôtel personne... après avoir attendu plus de 30 minutes dans le hall de l'hôtel et avec les recommandations de Hotels.com j'ai réservée un autre logement. Cerise sur le gâteau l'hôtel refuse de me rembourser par prétexte qu'il était ouvert...
