We asked for towels and trash bags and never received them. I had to go back down the next morning to get them from someone at the front desk. We stayed for 5 days and 4 nights and not 1 time did someone come and clean our room. We were gone everyday of our stay doing things. This is absolutely absurd. ...

We very much enjoyed our stay at Hidden Bluff Lodge. The owner lives nearby so was accessible for anything we needed. The property is beautiful and well maintained. There was enough space for the 6 of us to spend time together and have our own space.

Cabin was beautiful and the perfect getaway for our family ski trip at Chestnut Mountain. Comfortable beds and linens, hosts were very hospitable, and kitchen was well-stocked.
