Typical village property

The property was ideal for me as a solo traveller. I was comfortable and warm and the cooking facilities were adequate. It's a nice old house that's been thoughtfully converted. What I will say it is in an ordinary street with other people and activities going on around it. I liked that situation. There are supermarkets with bars and restaurants serving food. There's a limited bus service.

El apartamento es muy cómodo, se aprecia recambio de sábanas y toallas, la terraza super agradable, cocina bien equipada. Hemos pasado un mes sin ver pasar el tiempo. Tino es un anfitrión genial.

Nous avons passés une semaine au sein de cet appartement. Tino fût très accueillant et arrangeant. Le logement était propre, agréable et l'environnement était très calme. Petite remarque, il manque des volets extérieurs pour cacher le soleil le matin. Nous vous conseillons cet appartement.

Beau petit appartement hélas environnement....

Ce séjour se présentait sous les meilleurs auspices Village typique...bars..resto...et autres commerces disponibles tous les jours!! Mer à El Poris environ 6 km...petite plage sympa! Appartement équipé moyennement...en tous cas pas pour un séjour de 1 mois et 1/2! Une semaine ou 2 OK.... L'environnement est bruyant...chiens...et la fenêtre de la cuisine SAM qui donne sur la route ne sert pas à grand chose à cause du passage des voitures et camions qui polluent cet endroit à grands coups de gaz d'échappement! Pas la faute de Tino bien sur...mais bon je dois l'écrire.

I had an oustanding experience! Excellent! Highly recommended! Propery manager, Tino, was incredible helpfull. Communication with the property was excellent. I recieved from Tino all necessary information about the area. Apartment I stayed in was very clean and nicely decorated. Very cute. I felt like at home. Apartment's terrace had an ocean view. It allowed me to enjoy breakfast during the sunrise. Arico Viejo, village where the property is located is very quiet place close to Poris de Abona and Abades (very nice beach there). I loved the property and the location as well.

Idylle in den Bergen Teneriffas

Wir hatten das Glück, eine der vier Ferienwohnungen nach der Renovierung als Erste zu beziehen und waren sehr zufrieden. Ein toller Küchen-/Essbereich, in dem an vieles zum Kochen schon gedacht wurde (Kräuter, Töpfe etc.). Die Dachterrasse lud für ausgiebige Frühstücke ein, während man einen tollen Ausblick auf Arico Viejo und Umgebung erhält. Der Schlafbereich ist modern und gemütlich eingerichtet. Im Bad gab es genügend Handtücher, auch für den Strand. Insgesamt war es sehr sauber, ruhig und ideal zum entspannen. Die Gegend bietet herrliche Wanderungen und Natur pur. Unser Gastgeber Tino ist sehr herzlich und immer ansprechbar. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!
