Charming villa with private pool
Large villa of 220 m2 on garden of 2600 m2, in a residential area near the center of Arles, between Camargue and Alpilles.
Garden, large shaded terraces, dining area and barbecue facing the pool area and beach paved with marble and terracotta, outdoor lounge. Ideally located, close to all amenities, between the beaches of the Camargue and ballads in the villages of the Alpilles, the city of Arles, small Rome des Gaules. All parts of the villa open onto the terrace and pool area without vis-à-vis for a quiet Provencal holiday.
3 large double bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with bath and walk-in shower, as well as 2 single beds in a through room can accommodate up to 6 adults and 2 children.
The fully fenced property has ample parking space and a carport for 2 cars.

Old small beds . Old house
There are only 3 rooms with very old and small beds . You can not sleep in it . Not long enough and not wide enough . And one hall upstairs with 2 very old small single beds .
You van not rent out this Property when the owner is not doing anutbing . Around the house is a mess . Old furniture and not enough sunbeds .

Great villa with fantastic pool
We (4 adults and one teenager) spent a great week in the beautiful villa of Sylvia. The pool and the garden were so lovely that we did some dedicated “pool days” instead of doing the trips we planned. The villa itself is huge and very well equipped; we loved the fridge with the integrated ice cube machine! Sylvia was a very nice and uncomplicated host, we felt like being at home in her villa. All of us have been sad that we had to leave again after just one week.

Une très belle villa et une très belle piscine
Nous avons passé un excellent séjour de vacances dans la villa de Sylvia. La psicine est magnifique, le jardin est très agréable avec une belle végétation, la villa est très bien aménagée et très agréable à vivre. L'environnement est calme et reposant.

Un magnifique séjour
Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette belle et grande maison. Nous y avons trouvé tout le confort nécessaire, une propreté irréprochable, le tout aménagé avec beaucoup de goût, à l’intérieur comme à l’extérieur. Un accueil très agréable. La maison est au calme mais proche de tout. Les alentours fourmillent de choses à faire ou visiter. Impossible de s’ennuyer. Merci Sylvia pour ce beau séjour. À refaire avec un immense plaisir.

Très belle propriété avec piscine aux portes d'Arles
Accueil très agréable par la propriétaire pour un séjour d'une semaine dans cette villa parfaitement équipée et très confortable. La propriété est totalement sécurisée par un portail électrique. Plusieurs places de parc abritées à l'intérieur de la propriété. La grande et belle piscine est privée et invite au voyage. A recommander sans hésitation.

Villa au top!
Très belle villa, notamment l’extérieur vraiment propice aux journées de repos dehors: le grand terrain et la piscine y sont pour beaucoup. Très bonne communication et disponibilité de Sylvia qui a assuré malgré un petit désagrément de piscine.
La région est charmante, avec de nombreuses découvertes à faire à moins de 30 minutes, parfait pour les familles qui aiment autant le tourisme que la farniente.

Excellent séjour
La villa est conforme aux photos et spacieuse. L'extérieur est magnifique et très agréable. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié les déjeuners sur la terrasse, les baignades dans la grande piscine, et les soirées dans le salon d'été.
En résumé, nous avons passé un excellent séjour !

Un séjour ressourçant et reposant !
Que dire... à part que la semaine est passée beaucoup trop vite ? :-)
Une superbe maison au calme et sécurisée avec un portail électrique, assez de places de parking pour venir en famille, de chouettes terrasses, une très grande piscine et un BBQ extérieur. Nous avons surtout profité des espaces extérieurs et ils répondaient largement à nos attentes ! La maison est bien située, proche d'une zone commerciale et à 45 min des Saintes-Marie-de-la-Mer.
Sylvia est une hôte très sympathique et nous la remercions car grâce à sa maison nous avons passé une très belle semaine ! Nous reviendrons, c'est sûre !!

Excellent
Stunning villa with a huge pool and patio area. Well maintained garden and great parking. Sylvia was extremely helpful and always on hand. The area is stunning with so much to do. We drove easily to Monaco (although I wasn't too keen on it) Avignon only a short distance away if a beautiful town. An absolute must if the Camarge nature reserve.....utterly stunning. I would highly recommend this villa. My family and I had a wonderful time.

La anfitriona es una mujer encantadora, muy simpática. La casa ideal para vacaciones con amigos o en familia, bien cuidada por dentro y por fuera, no le falta de nada en la cocina, la piscina ideal para darte un chapuzón mientras atiendes la barbacoa. Sitio muy tranquilo y cercano a centro comercial. Muy recomendable para visitar la Proveza.

Casa molto vivibile e ben organizzata, circondata da giardino molto bello e curato.
La casa consente un perfetto relax tra un'escursione e l'altra, completa e molto ben attrezzata, con un giardino, una dotazione musicale e una piscina che costituiscono un perfetto scenario di vacanza. Molto ben collocata sia per il mare e la Camargue che per la Provenza piu' interna. Circondata da molti sentieri e stradine tra viti e uliveti per gli appassionati del jogging mattutino. La piscina riscaldata nei giorni di forte maestrale sarebbe la ciliegina sulla torta. Soggiorno da consigliare

Diese bestens eingerichtete, ausgestattete, funktionierende traumhaft schöne Villa im Herzen der Provence können wir wärmstens empfehlen. Jeder einzelne Raum ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet und mit viel Liebe zum Detail ausgestattet. Durch die Größe des Hauses und der Anlage finden mehrere Personen nach einem anstrengenden Ausflug in der Sommerhitze eine wohltuende Entspannung. Der außergewöhnlich große Pool, umrahmt von typischen Terracotta Fliesen im gepflegten Garten trägt zum richtigen Urlaubsfeeling bei.
