“The king-size room was satisfactory; however, the bathroom was not up to the standards I expected. The shower head continuously dripped, which could be heard throughout the night. The shower door rollers also need to be replaced, as they were difficult to operate. Additionally, the toilet flushed extremely loudly, requiring us to close the bathroom door each time to minimize the noise. On one morning during our stay, housekeeping attempted to clean our room but did not complete the service. The……

“Staff was amazing, I came during they were doing renovations. My first rooms water pressure was non-existent, they moved me immediately and my second room toilet ran all night and barely flushed. I was too scared to go to staff again and “complain” so I just dealt with it. That was my choice again staff on all shifts we so nice and amazing. Completely out of their hands. I will stay there again happily.”

“I checked into the hotel around 1 AM on January 26 and checked out at about 8 AM on the same day, having stayed for the night of January 25, during which a significant snowstorm affected much of the U.S. (my flight was canceled, very chaotic). The hotel is new and appeared to be well-maintained, with comfortable rooms and facilities. However, what truly stood out during my stay was the exceptional service provided by the reception clerk, whose name I unfortunately do not know. As a foreigner……
