We had no TV reception and really wanted to watch the NCAA Tournament. So very disappointing. We wanted ice for our cooler and the ice maker on our floor was out of order. We had to go from floor to floor trying to find an ice maker that worked. Breakfast was not good at all and the breakfast area ...

We arrived at the townhouse and the bed sheets on every bed were stained and had hair on them. The floors had garbage on the floor. The bathroom curtains had mold and the toilets were dirty. We didn’t take towels since it was listed on there but the ones they had were dirty we had to go buy some. ...
