We have 27 boat cottages available from May through the end of October! Each rental comes with six free waterpark passes ($150 value). Every cottage is full furnished with room for 8 people. Plus each cottage has a covered porch with table and chairs for 8 people.

Beautiful property. Our second time staying in the cottages and they are always great for our family and we love that we can rent 2 of them right next to eachother! Clean and great location.

Worked well for what we needed
This property worked for what we needed as a last minute stay option and homebase throughout our vacation. We were there mostly for sleeping as we are local to the area. A few things to note: Between vrbo and listing it was confusing with what was provided ie grills and wifi. Which was okay for us since we weren't there as much. Having more towels available would have been nice. Multiple baths and showers a day at the lakes is the norm. We tried to stretch them but in the end we ran out. The kids didn't complain, but the master mattress was extremely hard and uncomfortable. Additional blankets would have been great, as the comforter was quite thin. I just listed the above as observations. We were extremely happy with our stay and accommodations. The cottages were super cute, cozy, and clean. Also the amenities to Bridges were a nice touch especially on the rainy days. We would definitely stay again and recommend to others.

First time Okoboji
Locating cabins was a little difficult went off gps and address that was given. We were expecting a grill, but there was none available. The sheet on the refrigerator listed a grill with cooking fee. Would have put in request for grill but there was nothing indicating we needed to. The cabin says it can fit 8 people. I think they should consider saying 7 adults or 8 children. 8 adults would be difficult to fit in one cabin if they are just friends. Just a thought. Enjoyed the front yard space and the cabin was clean and enjoyed the decor.

Was clean and served our needs. Pleasantly surprised with the sound-proofing because we had rowdy groups two of the nights f-bombing way past 10pm next door outside. Only thing, coffee pot got past cleaning test. I had to hot soak it pretty heavy to get mold out of it. Otherwise we had a successful weekend.

Boat cottages?
Calling them “boat” cottages is misleading. They are not close to the lake and there is no place to even park a boat. There is a public boat ramp very close by with limited day-use parking. The Bridges Bay resort allows over night parking in a dirty gravel lot that is off property and unsecured.
