The studio is fully functional:- Free WiFi Internet (30 Mb ADSL)- Two single beds and a sofa bed. Total capacity: 3 people.- Kitchen- Oven- Microwave oven- private bathroom- LCD TV- Washing machine- Small appliances (kettle, toaster, American coffee machine).- Safe-deposit box- Cot (on request).- High chair (on request if available).- Fan

Sheets and bath towels included.

The complex has 4 elevators, swimming pool, bar, reception, tennis court and tumble dryersfor a fee.



Flexible arrival and departure times, if possible (to be agreed in advance)

For the loss of the keys there is a supplement of 100 euros for change of lock.



The apartment is 3 km from Aqualand and 2 km from Siam Park.

Only 15 km from Tenerife South airport.

Taxis are cheap and there are excellent bus connections. (stop in front of the complex)

Small studio apartment with pool and sea view. Does what it says on the tin. Clean, no frills studio with all you need in an apartment. Only stools on balcony-minor inconvenience however all told would certainly use again
