Nettes Wohlfühlt Appartment in schöner Anlage

Sehr nettes schnuckeliges Appartment mit großem Balkon in hübscher kleiner Anlage mit Pool. Einfach zum Wohlfühlen und Preis Leistung stimmt. Die Vermieterin Lola ist stets bemüht und immer zu erreichen. Pool ist wunderbar und es gibt immer Plätze. Parkplatz inclusive. Ein Supermarkt ist direkt vor Ort. Wir hatten einen Mietwagen, würde ich auch empfehlen, da ruhige Gegend. Jederzeit gerne wieder!

Très jolie location.

L'appartement, un studio, est très agréable et très bien décoré. Il a une belle terrasse. Le seul petit bémol, la mer est proche mais pour se baigner il faut aller un peu plus loin.La piscine est belle et agréable. Lola est très arrangeante et réceptive. Nous ne pouvons que conseiller cet appartement.

Beautiful apartment

The apartment was in a quiet location, and with gated access which made for a quiet stay and you felt fairly secure in that respect. The apartment is set in in lovely grounds with a communal pool. The grounds are cleaned daily to a high standard. Everything you could need for your stay was provided and nothing was too much trouble for Lola and Jessie (who met us at our arrival). The apartment had a parking space for those with a car or for those happy with public transport, the bus stop was only a few hundred yards away and the bus ride to Los Cristianos (our best beach) was only 35 mins. The area around the apartment is well served by numerous supermarkets and restaurants and there are good walks along the seafront. Would definitely recommend for those wanting a peaceful, laid back holiday, but the busier resorts of Los Cristianos and Playa de las Americas are a short bus ride away. We will return.

L'appartamento è a dir poco favoloso! Pulito e non manca niente! Il terrazzino è la ciliegina sulla torta in particolar modo! La struttura è tranquilla con una piscina molto bella! Posso dire che se torneremo a Tenerife contatteremo sicuramente Lola per prenotare nuovamente! Lola è una persona molto gentile e disponibile! La ringrazio molto e le auguro il meglio!

Fantastic, spotless, bijou apartment

We have just returned from a week in Lola's apartment. We were met, as agreed, by Jessenia and shown how everything worked and we appreciated the fresh fruit and coffee/tea etc. The apartment was spotlessly clean and whilst small there was everything we needed. The attention to detail was obvious with lots of little touches that showed how much love and care had gone in to furnishing the apartment to a high standard including good quality towels, beach towels, a first aid kit and even a sun umbrella for the beach. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony overlooking the pool watching the world go by and savouring our evening drink before supper. The pool and gardens were very well maintained, the pool was excellent and there were always free sun loungers. With a supermarket a very short walk away we started each day with fresh bread and croissants and mixed cooking simple meals in the apartment with eating out. We had a hire car for the duration of our stay and could always find a parking space outside the apartment in the spaces reserved for the small development when we returned from days out. We enjoyed some lovely days out from Costa Silencio including taking the cable car to the peak of Mount Teide (we got there early to avoid the crowds) and a trip to Guía de Isora during Holy Week to see the Floral Easter celebrations. The bus stop is very near the apartment for those without a car. It was a much busier area than Puertito de Güímar (where we had spent the previous week) and we occasionally encountered traffic jams on the motorway but all in all we had a great time and would recommend this apartment to anyone wishing to stay in this area of Tenerife. Very nice and well presented apartment, was a little smaller than expected but was very nice.

Loved the Pool which was very quite and a nice place to relax and enjoy the sunshine. The grounds were also very well maintained and clean. Apartment was well equipped and had everything we needed for cooking and relaxing.

Quiet, sunny, beautifu

My friend and I stayed at Lola's place for 7 days. It is a beautiful and and tinny little apartment with the best terrace ever. You have everything you need inside the apt. It is a full of little details and Yessenia, the lady who helps keep the place beautiful is super helpful and amazing. The bus stop is right outside the apto, LITERALLY, but we opted to rent a car and it gave us more freedom to go to Las Americas. YES, if you want to drink, it will suck having a car, but then you can just take the bus. Plenty of places to buy groceries. The store beside the apto is a big expensive but 1 block up the road is another store super cheap. If you are looking to party and be in the center of it all, this is not the place for you. If you want to rest and have a relaxed time, stay at Lola's place and go walking in the morning through the costal line!!! it is amazing :) Thank you Lola and Jessenia :)

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Urlaub auf Teneriffa. Das Ferienapartment von Lola ist perfekt, es ist liebevoll eingerichtet und mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht. Die Anlage ist super ruhig, hat einen wirklich tollen Pool und eine sehr gute Lage.

Apartment is well presented and maintained. Lots of lovely homely touches from Lola like coffee, wine, bananas and first day breakfast mini pastries. She was there to welcome us and at the end of the phone if needed. The complex is immaculate and we'll maintained. No problems getting a sunbed even at 3pm. A great place to stay.

Apartamento muy acogedor, con pequeña cocina, baño muy amplio y magnífica terraza. A destacar la comodidad de los colchones y los detalles de bienvenida. El residencial donde está es muy bonito, muy tranquilo y con una piscina maravillosa. Es una zona muy calmada (le pega bien lo de "costa del silencio"). Está cerca de Las Galletas: zona de compras y playas con buenos restaurantes(recomendable comer en Varadero Viejo, un pescado excelente y de calidad). Cercano a Siam Park, costa adeje...alquilar coche para visitar la isla. Si volvemos, repetiremos en el mismo apartamento.

Very good!

Apartment is very nice. Great pool and view. Everything as on the pictures. Price is low because it is not situated​ at touristic place as Los Cristianos or Las Americas but you can get there by bus in 30-45 minutes for just 1.5-2 euro. The bus stop is very close to Block of Apartments (30 meters or less). If you use car it takes only about 20 minutes to get to above mentioned places.

Spring in Costa Del Silecio

We arrived late into the resort and were met in reception by Lola who was most helpfull. She took time to show us where things were in the apartment and how they worked. The apartment was Small but well laid out and spotlessly clean. The large balcony was shaded by a retractable blind and was the ideal place to sit and chill. The noisiest thing we heard were the bird calls . We were pleasantly surprised by the wifi speed. Although there was adequate pots, pans and cooking utensils we choose to eat out most of the time. There are several cafes, restaurants and bars within a short walking distance. All of which were reasonably priced. The resort is quiet. It doesn't have a beach but there is a nice cliff top walkway with beautiful views out over the Atlantic. All in all a lovely relaxing holiday. I would like to thank Lola for arranging to reunite me with some belongings I left in the apartment on departure.

wonderful apartment, loved it!

We were looking for an apartment to stay in while visiting our friends who winter in costa silencio, and were fortunate to discover this lovely studio apartment 5 minutes from where they live, I believe we are the first renters?; Well, having rented many times, can we just say what a pleasure it was to find so many little details thought of, apart from the complimentary wine and fruit, there were cleaning materials, soap, bin liners, kitchen/loo rolls u name it; The WI-FI was brilliant, superfast, TV had all the main terrestial channels, great aircon, comfy bed, loads of towels, big balcony with canopy, I could go on and on; Maybe we were lucky but pool area which is beautiful was amazingly quiet, weather was gorgeous, we had loads of nice nights out, and our friends who came up and visited were very impressed; There is is a book exchange every Wednesday, the supermarket next door is excellent with lovely staff and most importantly Lola the owner was great, easily contactable; We will definitely come back, don't hesitate to book this
