Economy Hotel
This is a one-star hotel and is basic, but it was very acceptable for this standard and ideal for a one-night stay.
The staff were friendly and gave some good advice regarding eating out.
Really good hotel for a very fair price! Very friendly people, nearly new facilities and reachable by bus (416 / 418) until Panama, ten to fiveteen minutes walk)
The hotel is very clean, quite and nice friendly staff. The only improvement we suggest is to add more breakfast option like fried eggs, croissants, some non pork options as well. Thanks we enjoyed our stay.
Also nice restaurant which is walking distance from the hotel less than 15mins called Tio Julio. Thanks
The price reflects the location but it is very reasonable for a one night stay, The staff are very friendly. The receptionist gave a good recommendation for dinner. The only improvement might be breakfast if the hotel wants to provide it to the customers.
A cozy room in a small hotel, just off the main street. Thin walls so can hear all traffic and other rooms. There was a cat inside the hotel (that lives there) that cried the whole night until I let it out at 5am. Breakfast was ok for the price (8€) both savory and sweet options.
Great little hotel if you are looking to save money and still be close enough to all major tourist attractions. Also great for an overnight stay in case of an early flight from Tenerife South. Room was clean, all interior is like brand new. Staff was very welcoming. They also sent a message upfront requesting my ETA. Would stay again!
Great, quiet location if you want to get out from the busy Los Cristianos. Easy bus ride down to the coast if you need. Small shops/bars/restaurants nearby. There is a Mercadona supermarket in the next town. Rooms perfectly looked after, clean, modern, spacious. I spent the week cycling around the whole area (mostly up :)
Room was basic but clean and modern the only issue was the shower pressure was terrible cannot have a good shower!! No air conditioning so it’s cold or too hot !
It was actually decent if you have a car. The rooms were clean, with extra blankets. Parking was in a garbage dump Kind of area. Staff could be more receptive and approachable. Evening staff said breakfast included. But in the morning, new person claiming to be the brother of the evening staff said I had to pay. It is just the tone and convo about camera is there etc that I felt was unnecessary and unpleasant

I only needed a room for one night due to my flight home being cancelled and just needed somewhere to sleep and shower.
The room was basic but clean and comfortable. No air con might be a problem for some. No facilities as such and nothing of note in the village but perfect as a base to see the surrounding area.
The staff were friendly and polite.
Would I book it for a “proper” holiday? No as I prefer package holidays with everything on site.
Would I recommend it as a base if I had transport and just needed a bed for the night? Absolutely yes.
First of all, although this property is in the Arona area, it is not in Arona itself (which is up the mountain a way and has a historic centre etc). This property is in Buzanada, which is a residen residential area. It's a good location, as long as you have a car. The ground floor room I was given was clean modern and comfortable. There were no tea/coffee facilities in the room, which was a shame, and the htel was unwilling to grant me a 3 hour late checkout without an additional 80euro charge, despite having a room available. Again, a pity. My stay was excellent value at around £50 a night. Prices seem to be very variable though - so shop around.
The cleaning ladies were very nice and helpful, but the blankets were dirty. I showed one of the cleaning ladies my blanket and asked for a clean one. She said it was just old, folded it, stored it in the cabinet, and gave me another blanket. I left right afterwards and didn’t really look at it. When I returned, I saw that it was dirty with a very large stain on it. Having dirty blankets was a big problem. The walls are also very thin and you can hear everything going on in the hallways. In the mornings when the cleaning ladies were working, I could hear everything they said to each other. It was not restful and very disquieting.
